In the manufacturing system of internal magnetic speakers, the assembly of magnetic circuit is the core link that determines the fidelity of sound quality and the stability of magnetic field, and the assembly accuracy of key components such as U shell, magnet, and washer directly affects the core performance of the product. The traditional manual assembly mode is affected by the strong magnetism of NdFeB magnets, which often faces problems such as component adsorption offset, assembly misalignment, poor magnetic consistency, etc. Also, the manual operation is inefficient, high safety risk, and it is difficult to meet the needs of mass production. In response to the industry pain points, we developed the horn internal magnetic magnetic circuit machine came into being, focusing on the internal magnetic horn magnetic circuit fully automated assembly, with an integrated solution to crack the production bottleneck.

The equipment takes the whole process automation as the core structure, and builds the closed-loop production system of "loading-positioning-assembling-inspection-unloading". The feeding stage adopts partitioned intelligent feeding mechanism, the U shell is accurately grasped and positioned by servo robot arm, the magnet and washer are fed with anti-magnetic interference vibration plate, with CCD visual recognition and magnetic positioning technology, to realize synchronous and accurate alignment of multiple parts, with positioning accuracy of ±0.02mm, which completely solves the problem of magnet adsorption offset when manually loading the materials. The assembly stage is equipped with imported servo drive system, which can accurately control the assembly pressure and stroke according to the characteristics of NdFeB magnets, and the pressure control accuracy is up to 0.1N, which can effectively avoid the deformation of the U shell and the breakage of the magnets caused by uneven manual assembly, and at the same time, through the real-time detection module of magnetic flux, it can ensure the consistency of the magnetic field strength of each magnetic circuit. After completing the assembly, the equipment automatically completes the discharging and sorting, and the defective products are rejected in real time and the type of defects is recorded, so as to realize the unmanned operation of the whole process.

The equipment forms a triple core advantage in efficiency, quality and versatility. In terms of quality assurance, the equipment replaces manual operation through mechanical automation, increasing the product qualification rate from 93% in manual assembly to more than 99.6%, and controlling the magnetic field strength fluctuation error within ±2%, perfectly matching the strict requirements of high-grade internal magnetic speakers on magnetic circuit stability. In terms of versatility, the equipment supports parametric quick mold change, through the touch screen can complete different specifications of the U shell, the magnet parameters of the adjustment, with the quick mold change mechanism, mold change time is only 8-12 minutes, can be adapted to all kinds of internal magnetic horn diameter 20mm-180mm magnetic circuit assembly, to meet the needs of multi-species production.
