Positioning fixture optimization: Tapered ejector pin positioning design, built-in strong magnetic adsorption module, to ensure that the concentricity of the magnetic circuit components assembly ≤ 0.03mm, to fully match the precision requirements of the speaker dispensing, assembly;
Dispensing robot upgrade: choose two-component AB dispensing robot, four-axis adjusting mechanism supports 360° rotational dispensing, the bottom of the rotating structure to prevent the glue from drying out, the glue volume control accuracy up to 0.01g, to avoid uneven glue volume caused by the component offset;
Automatic Soldering Module: Integrated temperature closed-loop control soldering machine (temperature control accuracy ±2℃) and Scara 4-axis robot, realizing “automatic extraction of positioning gauge → automatic soldering → automatic wire cutting”, replacing manual soldering and eliminating the problem of false soldering.
