In terms of key specifications, this equipment’s drying chamber requires only 8 minutes for the drying process—a reduction of nearly 50% compared to traditional equipment—significantly shortening the production cycle for magnetic circuit assemblies and alleviating pressure on work-in-progress inventory. With a production capacity of 1,200–1,500 units per hour, the company’s daily output of magnetic circuit assemblies has surged to over 10,000 units, enabling it to easily handle peak order volumes during busy seasons and even accept large-volume orders that were previously turned down due to insufficient capacity.


In terms of dimensional compatibility, the dual-core design of the linear internal magnet circuit machine offers particularly significant advantages. For the core components of speaker magnetic circuits, the equipment supports U-shaped shells with a maximum diameter of 40 mm, while magnet and washer sizes cover the range from 9 mm to 30 mm, fully meeting the company’s production needs for mid-to-high-end speaker magnetic circuits — — whether it’s the small ∅9mm magnets used in compact Bluetooth speakers or the large ∅30mm magnets used in automotive speakers, the equipment can precisely accommodate them, eliminating the need for frequent mold or parameter adjustments.
