The assembly stage is equipped with imported servo drive system, which can accurately control the assembly pressure and stroke according to the characteristics of NdFeB magnets, and the pressure control accuracy is up to 0.1N, which can effectively avoid the deformation of the U shell and the breakage of the magnets caused by uneven manual assembly, and at the same time, through the real-time detection module of magnetic flux, it can ensure the consistency of the magnetic field strength of each magnetic circuit.
